5 Products I’ve Changed my Mind About!

Hello everyone and welcome back to our blog! I have some products to share with you that I have changed my mind about after using them for a while. Some I disliked and now I absolutely love and some the opposite happened!

1. Tarte Lights Camera Lashes mascara

This used to be a holy grail of mine but now after trying out so many others it just seems meh. Like it gets the job done but I honestly am not reaching for it. After I finish this tube I won’t buy another.

2. Tarte Tartiest mascara

I hated this upon first impression because of how bad it flaked and how it was goopy. After using it for a month it stopped flaking and I figured out how to work with it. Now it is actually my favorite mascara! It gives beautiful volume.

3. Becca Beach tint lip shimmer in the shade Rasberry/Opal

I loved this when I first got it and I thought it was so gorgeous! But as a couple months passed I started liking it less. It feels a little sticky on the lips which I dislike especially because of how expensive this is. Continue reading ” 5 Products I’ve Changed my Mind About!”

The Packaging Awards – Makeup I Bought for the Packaging!

Hi guys and welcome back to our blog!

I know I am not the only one who is guilty of buying makeup for the packaging, and I have a ton of products I bought because they looked pretty. This was inspired by one of my favorite youtubers, livloveshermakeup who did this a long while ago but I had a good laugh about it so I wanted to do it as well! Today I am going to share my top five prettiest makeup items with you!

  1. Hourglass Vanish Stick Foundation

This is so freaking gorgeous, the triangular tube is in this maroony brown shade which is so luxe, and its super simple too. It’s such elegant packaging that I love it!

2. Tarte Tartelette Matte Palette

This palette is stunning, the warm periwinkle fading to purple is so pretty and I love the gold font. The cursive is really girly as well and I honestly have kept holding on to it for the packaging. I just can’t bring myself to declutter it even though I don’t love it.

Tarteist Lip Paint Review and Swatches!

Hello guys! Welcome back to our blog! I have so many things I want to review and share my thoughts on so here is yet another review. Today we will be focusing on the Tartiest lip paints which are hyped up like crazy, and whether their actually worth the money:

Promise: Quick dry, full coverage, transfer-proof liquid lipstick

Overview:

  • cruelty free!
  • 28 shades available
  • liquid lipstick matte formula and finish
  • Price: $20 which is reasonable

The texture of this whipped and super light and airy. I forgot I was wearing this multiple times. It is full coverage and super pigmented with one swipe. It comes out of the tube matte so you don’t have to wait for it to dry down to get a matte look which I really like. This was transfer proof for me, it didn’t come off on my water bottle until late in the day and lasted through super greasy pizza. It also lasted through most of the day, but it was not crazy long wear. It doesn’t fade too evenly in my opinion, the middle comes off first but that is pretty typical. If you don’t like more whipped liquid lipsticks you will not like this! Continue reading “Tarteist Lip Paint Review and Swatches! “

One Month – One Palette Challenge: July!

Hello everyone and welcome back to our blog! I’ve seen a couple other girls do this on wordpress and so I wanted to do it myself on this Bobbi Brown palette that I want to use more. It is basically where you only use this one palette for a month, I think that it will help me keep this in rotation because I never use it. I never use this and want to give it some love since it was a gift and I could never give it away even though you all know I love decluttering. After this I’ll give it a break and then I actually want to do a panthatpalette challenge on it, which will be fun!

*we will be posting so much this summer so we hope you all enjoy what we have in store for you!*

Beginning of the month : starting point!

As you can see only the white and silver eyeshadows have really been used. I really don’t give this palette too much love but it is beautiful. Continue reading “One Month – One Palette Challenge: July!”

Super Exciting High End Haul from Ulta/Sephora!

Hello guys! I have a post that I’m super excited to share with you all! This weekend I got some fabulous cult classic products that I’ve been dying to try out. This is kind of a more mini haul since there is only six products, and all are cruelty free! These products are all so exciting I am in love with what I bought!

Charlotte Tilbury Eyes to Mesmerize shadow in the shade Veruschka –

This is a stunning cream to powder eyeshadow that turns into a gorgeous muted silver on the lid. It is so beautiful and I think it would be lovely for smokey eyes.

Charlotte Tilbury Color Chameleon eyeshadow stick in the shade Black Diamonds –

This is something I heard Zoe Sugg raving about! It looks perfect for creating simple eye looks. This shade is super glittery but not overdone and it also doesn’t seem black to me at all. More like a dark green toned silver which will look gorgeous on my brown eyes.

Urban decay naked skin concealer – Continue reading “Super Exciting High End Haul from Ulta/Sephora!”
