Ross haul!

Hello my lovelies! Can you believe that it’s already April?! As a senior I can’t!

A few weeks ago, I needed a bit of retail therapy, so I went to check out my local Ross. I love how both Ross and Marshall’s little beauty section has a bunch of hidden little gems!

The first thing I got was a little pink portable mirror. I was going on an orchestra event that weekend and remembered that I would be sharing a hotel room with 4 girls, all of which will be fighting over the mirror. So I decided to get myself my own little one. The mirror was only $4.99

Next I got these super cute ankle high black booties. My new craze his ankle high booties, and all of mine are either brown or tan, so I wanted to shake things up a bit by getting some black ones. The booties where only $12.99

Next I got some rose oil. Now I’m a huge fan of anything rose or lavender. And I especially love rose oil and rose water, so when I saw this rose oil I just had to get it. I really love how there are real roses in it. It gives it a natural smell. Perfect for going to bed with. This was $4.99

Next I got a set of scrunchies. Recently I was going through some old hair accessories I used to have as a kid, and realized how much I love scrunchies. They are majorly under appreciated. The scrunchies I had as a kid didn’t really match the outfits I tend to wear, so when I found these scrunchies and realized that they would match a lot of my outfits I was so in love! These were only $3.99!

March Beauty Favorites!

Hello guys! Welcome back to our blog! I can’t believe that March has gone so fast, but I’m so glad it is getting warmer and is almost summer! Let’s get into products that I have been loving all month:

Makeup:

Kat Von D Studded Kiss Lipstick in Lovecraft – This is the old formula, and I do want to try the new one, but for the time being I have been loving this! Its the perfect deep pinky nude for fairer skin tones. I’ve been wearing this so often since it is finally spring and the weather is warming up!

Urban Decay Comfort Matte in Backtalk – This is a beautiful mauvey shade, I swear it goes with everything! I know I wasn’t crazy about the comfort matte formula in my initial review, and I found that this dried out my lips, but if you put a lip balm on before it is less of an issue.

W3ll People Expressionist Mascara – I’ve been doing a lot of 5 minute makeup looks because it has been a busy month. This is my favorite natural, defining, and reliable mascara. If I need to get ready fast without much fuss I will always reach for this!

Itcosmetics Hello Light Creme Luminizer – I know I’ve been talking about this tons lately but I just can’t stop using it! I’ve used this every single day this month, because it is so shimmery, gorgeous and looks very natural on my very fair skin. This is my everyday go to glow right now!

Skincare:

The Body Shop Vitamin E Toner – This has been so great for my skin lately. It really does hydrate your skin and keep it feeling fresh. I overall have been really loving it so if you have dry skin and are looking for a toner, I recommend you try out this one, plus it isn’t expensive!

b.liv O2 Bubbly Bright Oxygenating Mask – I actually have been reaching for this every time I need to use a mask. It’s been a pretty stressful month, so my skin has felt dirty and in need of some purifying. This really does the job to get my glow back! (This was sent to both of us for free in exchange for review)

Haircare:

2chic Ultra Moist Leave in Conditioner and Styling Elixir – If you have wavy or curly hair you need to try this, it is also from the drugstore! I absolutely love the texture, it is really light and will not weigh down your hair, but it really will define your waves or curls and keep them moisturized!

That is it for my beauty favorites! Let me know something you have been loving in the comments down below!

Haul: Haircare and Bodycare

Hello guys! I know I just did a mini ulta haul for makeup and skincare, but I was out of a lot of bodycare and hair stuff as well, so I did a separate stock up on those products! These are all cruelty free, so if you were looking for cruelty free shower products here you go:

Haircare:

Giovanni 2Chic Avocado and Olive Oil Ultra Moist Shampoo – This is an amazing shampoo if you have curly hair like I do! I’ve emptied so many deluxe size samples and loved them so I bought the full size. Also this shampoo is only $8.99, so its a complete bargain!

Giovanni 2Chic Avocado and Olive Oil Ultra Moist Leave-In Conditioner and Styling Elixir – I’ve tried this from a foil sample once, and it was so nice! My current leave in conditioner cannot be considered cruelty free since I couldn’t find any info on the brand, I am happy to find one that is fully cruelty free and works well!
