Beauty Empties: November – December

Hey guys, welcome back to our blog! Today I want to share with you my beauty empties for the month of November and December.

Makeup:

Butter London Plush Rush lip gloss in Free-fall – This was a gorgeous gloss! For me these seem quite similar to Buxom’s formula, and I enjoy those glosses just a little more, so I wouldn’t rebuy this.

LA colors lip gloss in clear – This is the best thick and hydrating clear gloss. I always put it over liquid lipsticks and I miss it a ton! Definitely going to repurchase.

It cosmetics Hello Light Cream Highlighter – I used this up this year. I repurchased it already, I love it. It is the perfect cream highlight for everyday!

Dr.Hauschka stick corrector in shade 01 – I did like this concealer but the shade was way too pink for me. I like the formula but I think I can find something better. Wouldn’t repurchase!

EOS lip balm – EOS is not cruelty free so I would not repurchase! But I also don’t feel like this hydrates my lips much at all, so I wouldn’t recommend these balms.

NYX Worth the Hype Mascara – I love this mascara! I cannot wait to go repurchase it, I like the consistency and the effect it gives to my lashes.

NYX Microbrow pencil in taupe- This eyebrow pencil was lovely. I just ran out of it this morning and I am going to repurchase it today because (not to be dramatic here) I can’t live without it.

Skincare:

Burts Bees Facial Cleansing towelettes – These were really good makeup wipes! I mostly used them for swatches and I would definitely repurchase.

SheaMoisture Youth Infusing Mud Mask – This mud mask kind of dried out my skin, I’m not sure how I felt about it and I wouldn’t repurchase.

Alba Botanica Ace Dote Clearing Gel Peel – This made my skin so soft and bright. It also left it hydrated which I was surprised about. I would buy more of these!

Evan Healy nourishing eye balm – This product was nice as an eye balm, I loved that it was so versatile in the stick form. I’ve found an eye cream I like better so I wouldn’t repurchase.

Dr. Hauskca hydrating face mask – This face mask is my favorite favorite hydrating one! I need this in the wintertime and I do not want to be without it. I will buy it again for sure!

Mychelle refining sugar cleanser – This was such a nice gentle exfoliator. I really enjoyed this deluxe sample and I might repurchase.

Acure Pore Clarifying Red Clay Mask – I really enjoyed this mask when I was breaking out, it helped my zits come to a head and heal faster. I would repurchase!

Bodycare:

Cremo Moisturizing Shave Cream – This is my favorite shave cream ever! It is the perfect texture. I’m using another shave cream right now but I wish it was this one!

Sparituals body souffle – This was a lovely body lotion but it is far too pricy for me to repurchase!

Ulta Beauty Bronze Glow Gradual Self Tanner Lotion – I already miss this self tanner, it is so pretty and natural and just gave me a little bit of color. Highly recommend that you try this out!

Haircare:

2Chic Ultra Moist Hair Hydration Treatment – This hair treatment didn’t work for me. It felt silicone-y and slippy and like it just coated my hair, it never hydrated the hair and I have used much better masks.

Nailcare:

Barielle non-acetone Nail Polish remover – This is my favorite nail polish remover and I’ve already repurchased it!

That is it for my empties you guys! Those was the last empties of 2018, I can’t wait to see what I use up in 2019. I was thinking about calculating the monetary cost of my empties and trying to use up $1000 worth of stuff, would anyone want to see that?
