January Beauty Favorites!

Hello guys! I hope you have had a good first month of 2018! Welcome back to our blog and today we are going to talk about all of my January beauty favorites, so lets get into it:

Face Products:

Dr. Hauschka Coverstick 01 – This is the lightest shade of their stick concealer, and it is a rediscovered favorite of mine. It doesn’t crease on me, the pink tone of it cancels out all the darkness under my eyes and you can slap it on quickly and blend it out with your finger for sheer-medium coverage on the go which I love.

Stila Heavens Hue Highlighter in Kitten – This was so so gorgeous for everyday! Subtle but pretty glow and you can build it up if you really want to. I loved it for just making my skin look radiant and I just did a review on it so I will not bore you with more details!

Physicians Formula Butter Highlighter in pearl – This was also in my December Favorites and I just can’t stop using it. It is so pretty and very very blinding. I love how smooth and creamy the formula is, it feels more like a cream formula than powder and you need to try these if you havent already!

Eye Products:

W3ll People Capitalist 911 Brow Powder in matte taupe – This is the most gorgeous product for natural brows for me! If there are any blondes or other girls like me who need a taupe and more cool toned brow I think you could really like this. I always have a good brow day when I use this and I’ve been reaching for it a lot!

Becca Ultimate Cream Eyeliner in Neoclassic – This is a smokey glittery green liner and I just love it. I can have a little bit of fun with my eye look but it does look professional so you can still wear it to work. I love the formula, stays on all day, it is super pigmented and it goes on smooth, and it also doesn’t transfer around so it is a win for me.

Lip Products:

Lord&Berry Ultimate Lipliner in vintage rose – I have recently fallen in love with this. It goes on very creamy and smooth but it also is very pigmented. If you have fair skin like I do this is the perfect dark mauvy pink! I love wearing this and I have worn it quite a few times this month even if it is a little bold.

Butter London Sheer Wisdom Lip Oil in Ballet Blush – This is the most moisturizing lip product I have ever tried. It is so smooth and moisturizing and I love this light pink shade. This gives a bit of a tint to your lips but mostly just shine and moisture. If you like comfortable lip products I think you would like it!

That is it for my January favorites! I hope you guys enjoyed this post. Thank you so much for 2,000 followers, we both are still sort of in shock that that many people enjoy our content!

  1. I have been dying to try that Butter Highlighter!! I am living since you said it has a cream-base feel, so I’ll officially have to get my hands on some! Also, the lip oil, does it seem to wear a little sticky at all? I’m one of those people who is addicted to chapstick and I hate the feeling of “stick” on my lips. speaking of highlighter reviews, I mingled through your other posts and didn’t see if you guys have done a review on this before, but I would totally love to hear your thoughts on the Fenty Beauty Matchsticks trio. (I bought them for myself and have my own thoughts, so if you wanted to chat about it if you try it, I’d love to!) 🙂

    1. You will love it then, it is the most soft and stunning texture! No the lip oil is not sticky at all, it feels like chapstick to me! I’m a huge chapstick wearer as well, so I totally feel you, stickiness is the worst. I think its very nourishing and pretty nice, review coming soon! I haven’t picked up anything from Fenty yet, I have my eye on several things though!
