Results of my First Project Pan – Through Spring!

Hello guys! I wanted to let you all know the results of my first ever project pan that I entered with no idea what I was doing. I have to say I’m completely addicted because I never use up anything, so when I do it is such a great feeling! For spring this year I chose seven products to use up:

  • The body shop almond hand cream
  • EOS lip balms*
  • Nivea lip butter in caramel cream kiss*
  • Maybelline color sensational lipstick in pink pop*
  • Laura Geller marbled lipstick in berry banana
  • Loreal lumi illuminator*
  • Physicians formula organic wear mascara

Finished:

Physicians formula mascara

Laura Geller marbled lipstick

The body shop hand cream *not pictured because my mom threw it away 😂*

Nivea Lip Butter

EOS lip balms

In Progress:

Maybelline color sensational lipstick – down .3 of an inch (I literally used this every day). I didn’t even buy this it was actually from a friend. I enjoyed it a lot and I think I’m going to declutter it because I have a Milani dupe.

Loreal lumi illuminator – down an entire inch! I can finish this by fall!

* = not cruelty free

Total out of my collection: $31.90 Into my collection: Sephora haul! so $100+ (oops)

I think for my first project pan without any knowledge at all I did pretty well! I am excited to do a summer one and I am sort of obsessed with finishing things. Next time I will be taking much better progress pictures and starting point ones with proper measurements.

That’s all for my spring project pan you guys! Anything I didn’t finish will be put into my summer project pan and I hope to go on a summer no buy. I also will be doing a summer makeup no buy (but I will buy skincare). I bought a lot of makeup recently, I still have plenty of things to review for you guys, and this season I am saving up to do an item on my bucket list which is incredibly exciting! I will be doing project pans all year round at least until my collection is cruelty free. What is something you guys want to use up this summer?

  1. This is motivating! I recently started project pan and project empties and you are so right about how good it feels to actually finish a product! Lol and i also had no idea that eos lipbalms looked like that when they are empty! Keep posting these I love seeing it! I will also be posting mine😍

  3. That sounds like so much fun! I might have to try to use up some of my older products (at the same time I have such a hard time resisting getting new ones!!!)

    1. It is! It’s so so awesome! You should, pick products you enjoy using though, it’s supposed to be fun and encouraging 🙂 totally understand the wanting new products though, but I’ve been watching antihauls and their so funny and helpful!

  4. This is a lovely idea! When I went cruelty free I just threw everything out, which I am super gutted about! I have seen a project pan sort of post, but I think I am going to adapt it and make it my own, as I never finish anything either, but I think it will be a good feeling when you do!xo

    1. Yeah throwing it all out is bad because your money already went to those companies, may as well use up the products! You should, the feeling of finishing something is honestly amazing, let me know what you end up doing and how you adapt project pan, I’d love to know!
