Hello guys! Welcome back to our blog! I received a lot of products that I have wanted to do reviews on so here is the first one: Becca eyeshadow quad in night star. I will have about four more reviews coming maybe once every week!
- Price: $30 (high end)
- Cruelty free!
- Four neutral shades
- Mirror included
Promise:Β Contains highly pigmented powder eyeshadow colors-Dresses your eyes with a silky veil-Velvety smooth & long wearing-Builds quickly & blends on effortlessly
My first impression was that these shadows do blend in effortlessly, the formula is super buttery soft and that the shades are super practical. These however seem to lack in pigmentation for me, I haven’t seen any reviews on these so I’m not sure if anyone else has been experiencing that! It is a shame because the shadows are super soft and feel amazing. They also seem slightly patchy.
Swatches:
Pros:
- soft formula
- no kickback
- not powdery at all
- pretty shades
- blend easily – (you can blend this with your finger to be honest)
- Cruelty free!
Cons:
- poorer pigmentation than I had expected
- the three darker shades look nearly identical when on your lid
- patchier than I would like
I personally am not sure if this is worth the money! i love everything else from Becca that I have tried and they are definitely more well known for their face products. I hope you guys enjoyed this honest review! It doesn’t live up to its claims!
