September Beauty Favorites 2016

Hi everyone, today I’m going to share a few products I’ve been loving through the month of August/September. Welcome to our blog if you are new here and thank you so much if you are returning!

Ellen Tracy Color Correcting palette

This was literally a complete lifesaver this month! Halfway through September I had a series of terrible break outs and redness, probably from school stress, but it was awful. This palette helped me cover everything up and achieve a flawless complexion really easily. I also love the concealer in this palette! It’s really creamy, a perfect shade match, thick and goes on great, I’ve been using it everyday. The great thing is that there is two shades of concealer, one light with pink undertones which i use and a second medium shade. I love that this palette gives you so many options. This was definitely a hit for me this month plus it was so cheap! The green shade was definitely the most used, but I absolutely love this entire palette, every shade is super pigmented and blends easily. This was featured in my Marshalls Makeup haul which you can read here if you haven’t read it already!

Tarteist mascara

This mascara was something else that I literally couldn’t put down. I use this as part of my everyday mascara routine and it gives me a lot of good volume. You can read my full review here! It is a great mascara on its own and I love the way it makes my lashes look. I’ve also been having less flaking issues with it so that’s really nice. I absolutely recommend this, and you can read my in depth review of it here if you want!

Zoya Nail Polish in the shade Mason

Isn’t this just the prettiest fall shade? I love the orange and purply pink notes in it, plus it has a slight sparkly. I love Zoya polish because it lasts so long and its all natural I believe. If it’s not completely natural then it is at least free of the seven most common chemicals found in nail polish. I’ve been wearing this on my nails so much lately and I think it is a beautiful color, definitely a win for me this month.

Bobbi brown blush –

I apologize because omg I don’t think they even sell this shade anymore! This is the shade desert rose. Honestly, Bobbi Brown’s blushes are seriously worth the investment. Their pricy but amazing quality. I think this shade is so universal like anyone could use it. It is pigmented but not a ton, it’s hard to overdo it. You will not look like a clown of any sort I promise. Personally I’ve been using this everyday, as part of my everyday makeup routine. I can definitely post about that if you guys want it, comment down below! I think it gives your cheeks a beautiful flush, and looks extremely natural.

It cosmetics hello light Creme luminizer –

I’ve been using this so much lately. It’s perfect for a quick highlight if you don’t have much time! The stick concept is really working for me, I love it just to swipe quickly over the tops of cheekbones. It’s really creamy and blends so easily, and looks so beautiful on the skin. It also looks incredibly natural, which i love, I also find that it lasts so long on my face and looks flawless!

Tarte lipstick and gloss duo

The lipstick is so moisturizing I can’t even describe it honestly. It makes my burts bees blush basin lipstick feel drying in comparison, and that is such a moisturizing lipstick! It feels like Chapstick with a wash of color. I love the peach tone, any fair skinned ladies out there will be able to rock this no problem! As for the gloss I felt like it was buttery and not sticky at all. I posted about this in a recent haul, which was a massive one from Tarte, it was amazing to buy all of those products and try them out.

Laura Geller lipstick in the shade Vista

this is one of my favorite nude lipsticks ever. It’s also in a very universal shade, I feel like it could work for anyone. It’s also super moisturizing, with a satin finish and good pigmentation, so I’ve been using this almost every day. It’s such a beautiful nude and I seriously recommend it!

What are some of your guys favorites this month?
